		<description>Thanks for pointing this out Terri.  It does seem true that virtual teams can really benefit from face-to-face meetings -- at least one.  They don't necessarily have to have alcohol, but, well, can't hurt!  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;An interesting experience I've had is that of developing real collegial and even friendships using virtual world technology.  It occurs to me is that one of the factors is the ability in a VW to have a vivid, multi-modal sensory experience, which builds a strong mutual memory.  Again, no alcohol, but some funny drinks in Second Life!</description>
